Privacy Policy
Your privacy matters. This policy explains what information this website collects, how intake information is handled, and how to reach us with questions.
Information This Website Collects
This website does not collect personal information directly. There are no contact forms, accounts, or comment sections on this site, and it does not use cookies, analytics, or advertising trackers.
Like most websites, this site loads its fonts from Google Fonts and its article viewer from a content delivery network. Those services, and our web host, may receive basic technical information such as your IP address and browser type in order to deliver the site to you.
Consult Intake Forms
When you schedule a consult, the intake form opens in our secure client intake system, Clio Grow. Information you submit is encrypted and is used only to evaluate your matter and arrange your consult. Information you share with us as a prospective client is kept confidential.
Submitting an intake form does not create an attorney-client relationship. An attorney-client relationship is only established through a signed retainer agreement.
If you email the office, we use your message and contact information only to respond to you. Please do not send confidential information by email before we have spoken.
Links to Other Websites
This website links to other websites, such as Amazon, podcast platforms, and Clio Grow. Those websites have their own privacy policies, and we are not responsible for their practices.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last updated.
